Had Laparascopic Double Inguinal Hernia surgery 3 weeks ago. After a few days, I had little pain, just some discomfort, especially when lying down, or sitting forward.

THen about a week ago, I had to move a bunch of boxes, and spent time crawling under desks to hook up cabling, electric, etc. No Lifting at all - just dragging. Around that time I began to get a little pain on occasion in the lower abdomen just above the groin. I'd say the pain is maybe only a 5 on a 1 - 10 scale, and it is quite intermittent, mainly when sitting & leaning forward, squeezing my abdomen.

BUT - THE MAJOR PROBLEM. I cannot ejaculate. Nothing comes out. Everything else related to this works just fine - just empty! I did have a vasectomy 30+ years ago, but I doubt that has anything to do with it.

Others have this? Does it clear up?

I can't see the surgeon, because I moved shortly after the surgery & am now 1500 miles away. THis was a surgeon who had glowing reviews, was highly recommended by other Drs, and does about 5 or 6 of these surgeries a day - that is ALL he does.

Craig Sams created this site because he was about to have hernia surgery from the world's most renowned specialist centre. Before he booked his flight he emailed his surgeon for reassurance that there was absolutely no chance of complications. He got no reply.
