Moey, we do not ban people for questioning our posts, we ban them for accusing us of fraud. You make such accusations much too lightly, and this is a form of trolling which we will not tolerate.

Anything pressing hard against the skin will cause a temporary ridge in the skin. Even elastic underwear will do the same. Take it off at night to give your skin a rest.

Our garment allows the wearer to use his abdominal muscles without the hernia causing pain. It is hernia pain that causes muscle atrophy, because when someone is in pain they avoid even small exertions.

I am ~ I was a professional athlete ~ skied for money~ yes ~ we did get injured ~ every kind of hurt you can think of ~ there are times when ~ braces and supports are necessary to prevent further injury``` Yes ~ there comes the time when we ~ wear a support ~ less and less ~ but to refuse one is no different than refusing a bandage ```
