Hi all,
Here is a website that talks about modifying your walking gait. I have also wondered if toes-first walking may help.

Thanks for that Stephan. Certainly ensuring you engage your core muscles while walking can help to strengthen the area in a similar way to doing Pilates exercises. On the other hand slouching and being collapsed at the waist puts stress on the back and weakens the core muscles.
